HOME MADE Festival, Chisenhale dance space

We will be performing at HOME MADE festival, Chisenhale Dance space on 27th Nov.

We will be exploring new ideas inspired by consumerism and throw-away culture specifically looking at the fashion industry.

Home Made Festival - 27th and 28th November 2010
Once again this autumn we are opening our fabulous purple doors and inviting you to bask in the warmth of all things dance! Expect performances from professional artists/companies and local troupes along with talks from leading artists, live music, silly games, workshops, W.I. Cakes, skipping and plenty of good old fashioned East End knees up party fun!

Saturday is Family Day 2-6pm
Workshops in Skipping, Classical Indian Dance, Ballet, Contemporary and Creative Dance for all ages followed by a wintery carpet picnic and some short performances.

Sunday is Dance Day 2-9pm
2-4 TALK: “Information Good”
A talk curated by Associate Artist Andrew Hardwidge exploring the ideas of Open Source and alternative modes of production in Dance
4-5 Live Music and Teatime Treats
5-9pm Performance and workshops in a selection of wonderful local and professional artists flavours!
